2024 Audi Q3 Engines
One of the biggest complaints about the previous-generation model was about its engine, as it definitely needed more power.
Things are now better, as a familiar 2.0-liter turbo-four receives a nice power boost. It now delivers around 230 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, which seems notably better compared to the previous 200 horses.
Of course, European versions are will be available with a palette of infamous TDI engines.
2024 Audi SQ3 RS Q3
One of the biggest novelties for the next year will be the addition of hi-performance versions, under the famous S and RS badges. At this point, we know that new models are in the testing phase.
With various visual and chassis upgrades, these models will also come with significantly more powerful engines. The SQ3 will probably come with a new version of a familiar 2.0-liter turbo-four and should be able to deliver around 340 horsepower.
On the other side, the RS Q3 will most likely come with a familiar 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine. This one is good for about 400 horsepower.

The 2024 Audi Q3 will come with base design characteristics that are pretty much the same as in the current 2019 model. The recent redesign has brought a plethora of interesting novelties, so there is no need for bigger modifications in the near future.

Another big novelty for the next year will be a new version with a coupe body style, which will be named the 2024 Audi Q3 Sportback. This model was initially planned to come as Audi Q4, to directly compete with the BMW X2, Jaguar E-Pace, Mercedes-Benz GLA, etc.

The management decided to use this nameplate for a new electric crossover. “Sportback” seems like a natural choice. The new version will share the mechanics with the standard Q3 model, as well as most of the aesthetics.
The main difference will be in the sloping roof layout, which will provide that coupe-like design. This could affect interior space a bit, particularly the cargo area and headroom in the second row.
2024 Audi Q3 Release Date and Price
Despite the plethora of changes, we don’t expect to see the 2024 Audi Q3 release date be scheduled any earlier than usual. That would mean sometime in the last quarter of the year.
This will probably include hi-performance versions too. On the other side, the Sportback version could arrive a little bit earlier than usual and hit some of the major showrooms.
