2024 Toyota Estima Engine and Price. Known as Previa and Tarago, the current version of the Estima is present on the market for a pretty long time. Since 1990, this MPV represents Toyota in many markets. The Estima name is reserved exclusively for the Japanese market. For these 28 years of production, we have seen three generations of it. The current model is on the road since 2006. Seems like a pretty long time, but keep in mind that the MPV has been updated a couple of years ago. We don’t expect to see many changes in the 2024 Toyota Estima. Still, a potential next-generation model could come in a few years later.

2024 Toyota Estima review
In some aspects, this model might seem a little bit archaic for today’s standards in the automotive industry. Still, it is a super-reliable vehicle, which received a major update two years ago. For this occasion, it received a completely new look. It follows the brand’s latest design language and, compared to the pre-facelift version, it comes with a completely new face that includes new front fascia, new grille, new bumper, headlights and much more. Still, a common MPV shape remains, as well as dimensions. Many will find this model similar to a more advanced Toyota Sienna. Given all these updates, we are pretty sure that the 2024 Toyota Estima will come without bigger changes, probably with a few more colors as the biggest novelties.

This is also an aspect of the vehicle in which we don’t expect too many changes. The recent update has brought many changes to the inside. The most notable is a completely new dashboard, which comes with a new piano black finish and includes a new, much bigger touchscreen. Engines.
Previous versions of the MPV were available in three powertrain variants. The current model comes with only two and 2024 Toyota Estima should continue in the same way. A large V6 unit is not in the offer anymore. On the other side, a familiar 2.4-liter inline-four will continue without changes, with a max output of around 170 horsepower and 165 pound-feet of torque. The same engine comes in a hybrid version, backed up with a couple of electric motors.

As you can see, there are no bigger changes planned for the 2024 Toyota Estima, so it should arrive sometime in late 2019. The price should also remain the same, which means around $25,000 for the base version.
